Cancellation Policy
Our warehouse processes orders on the business day following 2pm PST. You may cancel your order without incurring any processing fees if you contact our support before 2pm PST. However, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after 2pm PST.
Refuse Delivery of the Package
If you refuse delivery of the package from FedEx, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is not refundable. For further assistance or clarification, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Undamaged products purchased from Q3Box may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, regardless of the reason. Upon receiving the returned item at Q3Box's warehouse, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must include all accessories and be in their original packaging, which should remain intact. Please note that for non-quality related warranty claims, Q3Box will refund the cost of the product itself, but the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet these requirements.
It's important to note that this guarantee expires 30 days after opening a warranty claim. After this period, we are unable to process requests for refunds related to non-quality issues. For purchases made through retailers other than Q3Box's online stores, please contact the respective retailers for refunds. If you encounter quality-related issues, please refer to the information provided below.
How Do I Return an Item?
To initiate a return, you can submit a request within 30 days from the order date for the product you wish to return. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance. Please ensure to provide the following details:
- Order number from online purchases made through Q3Box or Q3Box's authorized resellers.
- Brief description of the condition of the item(s) at the time the problem(s) were discovered.
- Visible proof of the defective item(s), such as photos or videos, and/or its serial number.
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection. In such cases:
- Q3Box will provide a prepaid shipping label for products deemed faulty, and cover the shipping costs for arranging reshipment.
- Buyers should cover the return shipping fee for returns due to personal reasons.
